Training Program
With our training programs for youth organizations, social/youth workers, youth leaders, and young people, we work in Ho Chi Minh City and around Vietnam to foster the social engagement of future generations in Vietnam. By joining our training, participants would be able to gain social competence, personal development, critical thinking and be able to work in a multi-cultural environment, which prepares them for exploring the world.
To reach our goals, we implement different activities such as training courses, seminars, cross-border projects, local workshops and research. The topics range from environmental issues, women empowerment to social responsibilities and service learning.

The process of designing training and transfer programs includes:
Step 1: Youth organization complete training request form
Step 2: ICY will verify the information, discusses the actual needs and expectations of the organization.
Step 3: Complete training agreement
Step 4: Online training, Offline training, or Self-study course instruct by ICY
Step 5: Evaluate the content applied in practice at the organization after 1 month.
