Project Management

“The more we increase the active participation and partnership with young people, the better we serve them. And the more comprehensively we work with them as service partners, the more we increase our public value to the entire community.”Carmen Martinez

Why project management?

Implementation Planning

Serving the community through project implementation can be a great way to improve skills such as communication, teamwork, planning, and implementation skills, as well as to use all of your knowledge to resolve outstanding issues in the community and society.

Colleges always love to see community experiences or projects because these extra-curricular activities show that you are actively involved in something that will be beneficial to yourself and the world. By running a community project, you show that you really care about making a positive change in your community.

How to build a project that is feasible and delivers measurable results? What factors ensure the project will go according to schedule and achieve the team's goals? Which model or method should I apply to my project?

You will find answers to those questions in the training components of ICY that can help you brainstorm, plan, manage and execute your projects.

WHAT WOULD I LEARN?

We provide a variety of different training topics for you to choose from, from basic to advanced. This training is completely free with a certificate of completion for individuals and organizations, which we will hold regularly according to an arranged schedule.
