In the framework of cooperation with Karlshochschule International University and Phedra Project, we have organized a program to improve understanding of differences between cultures to equip youth with integration baggage in the context of globalization.

Organizing the implementation of ICY
Students who successfully participated in this training will be able:
-To recognize general sensitivity for culture
-To realize cognitive approaches to culture and culture dimensions
-To develop analytical skills via transfer exercises
-To reflect emotional understanding and re-evaluate attitudes
-To apply coping strategies in a new culture/environment through different stages
-To change behavior: critical thinking, own position, academic discourse
-To improve and practice soft skills: teamwork, critical thinking, feedback, self-reflection, and (re)construction
